TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please respect copyright laws. Any unauthorised reproduction or use of these paintings/images for profit or otherwise, is strictly prohibited and will lead to legal action.

Payment

Payment online by Pay Pal is accepted. Credit/debit card payments are securely processed by Pay Pal and currency conversion is automatic. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or cheque. Please email or call me on 07900 568 263 for details. If payment is made by cheque, item(s) will be sent once funds have cleared (usually seven days after being paid in).


Delivery

Paintings are usually delivered within 3 working days of order confirmation (except during times of adverse weather), but please allow a maximum of 10 days for delivery. I use Parcelforce and will provide a tracking number so you can track the progress of your painting if needed.



Refunds

You may cancel your order for any reason up to 14 days after you receive the painting. Notice of cancellation should be sent to jennytamzin@yahoo.co.uk . Cancellations must be received in writing. Item must be returned undamaged in it's original condition and packaging and returned at your expence. Once the returned item(s) have been received and checked, you will be issued a full refund via the same payment method used for purchase.

Damaged or receipt of incorrect goods must be notified to me within 24 hours of delivery. I will correct the delivery at no expense to you.

Commissions

When a commission is agreed a non refundable deposit will be taken as a commitment to the finished artwork. Once finished, an image of the work will be sent by email for approval. The remaining payment will be taken and the painting sent via Parcelforce. Items can be collected from me by arrangement. Should the finished result meet with disapproval after any adjustments requested have been made and the painting is unwanted, the deposit is kept as part payment for the time spent on the work and materials used. However no further payment need be made.
